Education

No education, no “Made in”

Vice President: Alessia Crivelli

In less than 10 years, 58% of the Italian goldsmith workforce will retire. Our gaze turns to the future of the profession and the professionals who gravitate around it. We are working every day to make the sector more attractive, but this is not enough to close a major gap that threatens to cripple one of the main banner industries of Italian art in the world. That is why investing in the training of talent to carry on the tradition is an increasingly urgent priority for us. We work to create and maintain over time the best conditions for the development of skills, experience, knowledge and professional opportunities for new generations, stimulating and renewing cooperation between companies and training institutions. We are here, but the industry needs you.

Perimeter of the area
